    CapeInfo changed to a new system in November 2007.  No registration for the directory was possible before that although businesses were submitted online.

    In all instances to date, this problem occurs when people have not yet registered.

    If the registration system does not recognise your email address for a lost password, please register since you will probably find that you never registered before.

    After registering, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration by clicking on the link provided.  Your account will remain blocked until you do this.
