Product owners may not submit reviews about their own businesses, nor may they post reviews by guests that have been written in their guest books.  Only bone fide customers and guests may post User Reviews.

Before you can write or submit a User Review, you need to have registered on CapeInfo and be logged in.  This prevents fraudulent and spam reviews.  We do record IP addresses and can blacklist offendors.

Please try to make your reviews helpful and informative to others.  A balanced review is always more believable than one that just consists of superlatives - although sometimes these gems do occur.

How to go about submitting a User Review

Right, assuming you have registered and you are logged in.

Businesses in the CapeInfo Directory
First of all, please check if the business is in CapeInfo's directory.  You can do that by using the search box on the right.  If the business is there, please go to the business' detailed page.  There is a "Submit a review" link at the the bottom of the page.

Businesses & destinations not in the Directory but already been reviewed
To find if the business or destination has already been reviewed, do a search using the search box below.  If they have been reviewed, you can add your review to previous reviews.

If the business is not listed and there is no review, you can add a new brief listing & review.

You may want to double check and see what else has been written about the business or destination that you want to review.  You can search for everything that has been published about them everywhere on CapeInfo.
