86 on Langenhoven is a cosy Bed & Breakfast in Oudsthoorn, the hart of the Karoo. Conveniently located along the main road leading from George. 



The main house is an old Cape style house with beautiful wooden floors, doors and windows. There is a swimming pool and beautiful garden where guests can relax.​

Oudtshoorn is the main ostrich farming area in South Africa and has several ostrich farms that are open to the public for dining, viewing, ostrich riding and the purchasing of various ostrich products. Oudtshoorn is also hom to the breathtaking Cango Caves. The caves are open to the public and the staff provide tours for all age groups.

Oudtshoorn also has several game farms, wine farms and craft beer brewery's. As Oudtshoorn is only 50km from George, visitors has the option to enjoy the beauty of the garden route and south coast or to enjoy a round of golf one of  many world class golf courses in the area. Our staff will be more than happy to arrange tailor made tours, depending on what your interests are.





Oudtshoorn and the surrounding Karoo and Garden Route offers an abundance of outdoor activities for all ages.Oudtshoorn is famous for its Cango Caves and Ostrich farms but also offers wine and craft beer tastings, game viewings, hiking and mountain bike trails, bird watching and festivals of which the most famous is the. KKNK.The Karoo also offers 4x4 routes and stunning camp sites.​
