Common area... Please feel free to enjoy one of our books or board games for those beautiful rainy, winter days. You can relish in these as you listen to the warm fire crackling away in the fireplace. We also have a variety of DVD’s available for you. If you would like to relax and soak up the sun without the worry of beach sand, we offer you our lawn where you can enjoy the view of the ocean. The boardwalk is there should you wish to take a walk to the beach in order to dip your toes in the icy Atlantic Ocean.
