The Cape Winelands Biosphere Reserve encompasses some of the most spectacular scenery in the world, with dramatic mountains, fertile valleys, endless vineyards and historic estates.
It also presents a vitality and dynamism that you don't find in many places. Stellenbosch is South Africa's Innovation Capital while Franschhoek claims the title of Food Capital of SA.
