This newly built self-catering cottage is nestled in the unspoilt bush of the Marloth Park Conservancy which is a wildlife sanctuary and holiday town were wild animals roam freely. Marloth is located on the banks of the Crocodile River which separates it from the world-famous Kruger National Park.
This comfortable fully equipped cottage sleeps up to ten guests and comprises three bedrooms downstairs (one en-suite), two bedrooms upstairs, three full bathrooms, a large open kitchen and living area. There are two double beds and 6 single beds. All rooms and the open plan kitchen/living area are air-conditioned. The living area has a television with full DStv. Guests can relax in the splash pool on warm summer days or sit around the boma fireplace in winter months. The barbeque area is conveniently placed inside the boma fireplace for friends and family to relax together whilst waiting for the sizzling meat. The property is walking distance from the Crocodile River, which allow the bird and nature lovers to stroll away and enjoy the surroundings. There are no fences between the properties and wildlife roam freely. Giraffe, zebra, kudu, wildebeest, impala, warthog, baboon and vervet monkeys, as well as other small game, birds and reptiles can all be spotted. Many of these animals will visit you frequently. Local restaurants and shops are easily accessible. The close-by Bush Centre and Marlothi Centre includes a restaurant and sports bar, a swimming pool, a convenience shop, an ATM, a bottle store, a snack-bar/confectionery, a self-service and serviced Laundromat and a butchery. There is a service station down the road. For entertainment there is Quad biking, kids play area with miniature golf and a trampoline, three golf courses including Leopard Creek, Mozambique Border Post, Sudwala Caves, tennis courts, tiger fishing, elephant sanctuary, Bourke's Luck Potholes, God's Window, Three Sisters and many more nearby.
